Will anybody know about the sale?
No, it's completely confidential. No “For Sale” or “Sold” signs will be put up.
I am in arrears with mortgage payments – can you still help me?
Yes, we can provided there is sufficient equity in the property.
If our house is being repossessed and we have chosen to sell to you, do we need to tell the people who are repossessing us?
No, you don’t have to do anything. Our solicitor will contact them and make arrangements for the repossession to be stopped pending completion.
What type of properties do you buy?
We buy any type of residential property.
Do you buy properties in any condition?
Yes. We buy homes in perfect condition or totally derelict properties requiring renovation. The condition is not a problem

We would like to express our thanks to Homesavers UK for their excellent assistance when we found ourselves in a very tight spot, our father sadly passed away at the beginning of the year, as if this was not bad enough for the family the fact that he was a full time carer for our mother made things worse. Our mother sadly suffered a bad stroke last year and needs 24 hour care, without our father it was going to be impossible to give her the care and support she needs as we all have young families to contend with, non of us really have the room to take her in and so it was decided that she would be best off in a local home where she can be well looked after and we can visit often.
In order to cover all the fees involved, it was necessary to equity release the cash in her property, however with the housing market as it is it soon became apparent that to sell could take anything from just a few months to a year, and we just could not afford to wait that long, we needed a fast property sale or a cash property buyer. It really was a weight off our minds, Homesavers UK took care of everything for us, they paid all the legal fees and the valuation costs, we really didn't have to lift a finger which was a surprise, having sold property before I know how stressful the process normally is, but with Homesavers UK it was very easy and very fast.

We were really struggling with our mortgage as the interest rates went up and up, it was very unsettling. Things got worse when our fixed rate came to an end and our mortgage and loan payment were just just to much to cope with and the bank were going to repossess, I am now unable to work and my husband's wage just wasn't enough to cover all the payments we had to make.
