How Our Cash Property Purchase and Sell/Rent Back Scheme Works

Homesavers UK will make you a genuine cash offer for your property, subject to survey.

We will then instruct a local independent surveyor to carry out a survey on our behalf. We will pay the full survey fee ourselves.

On receipt of the survey, providing the surveyor's valuation and report is satisfactory, we will then proceed to instruct our solicitors to act in the purchase of your property. If you do not have a solicitor to act for you, we can recommend one for you, and we will also cover the full cost.

The two solicitors will draw up contracts of sale, which both you and we sign, and subject to any other legal work the solicitors are required to do for the sale of your property.

If you are renting your home back from us, before completion, we will send you out a standard tenancy agreement to sign and return back to us.

We aim to complete every purchase within 28 days but can sometimes complete as quickly as 7-days.
